This Carlton North residence showcases mansard and splayed standing seam cladding in Colorbond Steel Monument Matt, paired with Prefa Europe Patina Grey for added contrast. Using 400–450mm panel widths, the result is a sharp, modern finish with bold angles and seamless detailing.

PROJECT 2

Surrey Hills

This project stands as a showcase of HK Roofing’s ability to deliver large-scale, high-quality results that combine durability with striking aesthetics.

Modern white apartments with dark rooftop structures against a clear blue sky

Completed in 2023, our Surrey Hills project was one of our largest cladding installations to date. Spanning over 1,000 square metres of standing seam cladding, the build took around three to four months to complete.

The finish features Colorbond Steel Monument with random panel widths, adding variation and character to the sleek design. Now that the landscaping is complete, the cladding integrates seamlessly with the overall architecture, highlighting the clean lines and modern style of the home.
