HK Roofing began as a passion project spearheaded by two kiwis wanting to break out on their own. Hans and Kevin founded HK Roofing in 2019, working jobs across Melbourne over the weekends. They soon found they got more enjoyment out of those projects than they did everything else. It rapidly became apparent this was going to be the main focus going forward. In 2021, Kevin moved back to New Zealand and Hans carried on the business.
Today, HK Roofing is a specialist in architectural metal roofing, metal cladding and skylights. The goal is to deliver high-quality work for any roofing or cladding project the company takes on. After all, there is a lot of satisfaction to be had from delivering excellent workmanship, providing shelter, sustainably employing skilled craftsmen, and just doing your part to help better a community.
The Story of HK Roofing
Hans and Kevin began as just two kiwis living in Melbourne, who first met in little old Masterton in the North Island of New Zealand. After working alongside each other the past six years doing architectural metal roofing and cladding, the two decided to join forces to start their own business in 2019.
Their aim is to fuse their knowledge of both the Australian and New Zealand roofing standards to produce finer quality of work. Here at HK Roofing, we strive for delivering high quality services to any metal roofing and cladding projects while doing so with a cheerful kiwi approach.
